We are currently seeking skilled Welders to join our team at our Welshpool Workshop . This is a hands-on welding role, ideal for those with strong fabrication and pipe welding experience. About the Opportunity Reporting to the Welding Supervisor, you will be responsible for performing high-quality welding and fabrication tasks on a variety of structural and mechanical components. This role is ideal for experienced tradespeople with strong pressure welding and fabrication backgrounds who are seeking workshop stability, competitive rates, and exposure to diverse and challenging welding projects. Key Responsibilities Perform fabrication and welding tasks in line with AS1554.1 standards Work across a range of structural, mechanical, and TIG welding projects Maintain a safe and efficient work environment Collaborate with the workshop team to deliver high-quality outcomes Qualifications, Skills & Experience Recognised Trade Qualification in Boilermaking or Fabrication Proven experience and proficiency in TIG, FCAW, and MMAW welding processes (AS1554.1 SP minimum) Current and valid Driver’s Licence Confined Space and Working at Heights tickets – highly regarded High-Risk Work Licence (Forklift or Dogging) – desirable Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality workmanship What We Offer Perth-based role – home every night Large and modern workshop with state-of-the-art facilities Ongoing training and career development opportunities Long-term stability within a growing organisation Supportive and approachable leadership team Who We Are MINPROVISE is a specialist products, engineering and services company providing expert support to the mining, oil & gas, and construction industries.
